Sam Owen – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Owen was employed by OGH in August of 2003 after a successful career as a Mergers and Acquisitions executive for a fortune 100 company. The firm in the last five years has grown rapidly into a highly recognized company and is now nationally and internationally accomplished in commercial sales and commercial land development. Mr. Owen has developed relationships with national retail tenants and couples his vast acquisition knowledge to lend guidance to investors and land development groups. Sam also shares his knowledge through various conferences and seminars throughout the country.

Eddie Elizardo – Chief Operations Officer

Eddie's expertise covers all aspects of real estate including, multi-family development, land acquisition, investment property, and commercial development. Eddie has 5 years experience specializing in commercial sales and leasing, acquisition and disposition of office/retail space. He also has been involved in many tenant representation transactions. He is the principal point of contact for all customer relations and development. Prior to joining OGH Real Estate as a partner, Eddie was an Agent with Century 21 Evans in Flower Mound. He has also served in a managerial position with RR Donnelly and Sons.

J. D. Smart – Imvestment Officer

After a successful career in MLB, JD began working in Real Estate and Capital Investments and provides OGH with detailed insight into various investment platforms. JD has experience in investment management, private placement investments, and US Capital Markets coupled with private equity and debt solutions for investors in various forms of commercial real estate.

Jason Vandagriff - Vice President of Lending and Equity of OGH

Mr. Vandagriff holds a mortgage broker license issued by the Texas Department of Savings & Loan following studies at the Leonard Hawes Real Estate School at Texas Tech University. His license number is 80273. Mr. Vandagriff earned a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Biology from Tarleton State University, and holds advanced professional certifications in Engineering and Digital Six Sigma Quality Standards for manufacturing and finance.

Randy Ford Taub – General Counsel

Mr. Taub has been practicing law since June of 1984 when he was admitted to the New York Bar by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He also holds a license to practice law in the State of Texas, which was issued in May of 1986. Mr. Taub pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with minor fields of study in economics and political science. He pursued his legal studies at the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he served as a Recent Decisions Editor for Norton’s Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law (which publication is now known as the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal). Mr. Taub has been a featured speaker on various legal topics for local bar associations as well as the National Business Institute. He has worked in the private sector as well as with the federal government as a banking regulatory attorney. Mr. Taub’s private sector experience included association with a prominent regional law firm as well as management of his own practice before joining the firm as general counsel.

Michelle Wisenbaker – Director of Asset Management

Michelle has been in Real Estate for 6 years. She joined OGH in 2004 after working in the banking industry. Michelle oversees every aspect of the asset and property management division working closely with private and corporate partnerships ensuring all properties are operating in their highest capacity. Michelle also assists owners with their properties future financial plans.

James Keith Shahan - Accountant (Consultant)

James Keith Shahan pursued his undergraduate studies in accounting at Angelo State University and was awarded a BBA in 1972. He is a Texas licensed CPA and has practiced as such since passing the qualifying examination in 1975. Over the course of his career, Mr. Shahan has worked in the financial services industry where he served as a financial officer for various banks and savings & loan associations with responsibility for the management of liquidity and investments. He has also worked in the manufacturing sector, serving as controller and chief financial officer for various private companies. Mr. Shahan has operated his own independent accounting practice for more than a decade, during which time he has served as a registered representative with HD Vest Financial Services.
