  • OGH Capital offers commercial and development loans through a wide source of lenders and banks. It also provides private lending opportunities along with mezzanine and bridge financing.
  • OGH Commercial employs licensed professionals who possess training and experience in the areas of commercial and investment real estate and can serve as brokers in transactions regarding such properties, and works with investors to meet their needs with regard to the acquisition of office, retail and industrial properties as well as raw land.
  • OGH Management is involved in the business of property management. Such services are offered to individuals and business entities that own residential and commercial properties, ranging from single family homes held for investment purposes to shopping centers and apartment complexes.
